Programska podrška izradi izvješća sa sastanka projektnog tima
Inženjerski sastanci jedan su od bitnih čimbenika koji utječu na smjer razvoja odabranog proizvoda. Informacije i odluke koje proizlaze iz inženjerskih sastanaka često nisu zapisane na adekvatan način, što onemogućuje kasnije kvalitetno analiziranje provedenih sastanaka. U uvodnom dijelu ovog rada detaljno su opisani aspekti i vrste sastanaka, aktivnosti u procesima razvoja proizvoda, te Petri mreže koje služe za simuliranje stvarnih procesa. Na temelju studije slučaja unutar tvrtke Daimler AG formirana je hijerarhijska struktura aktivnosti koja pomaže u procesu generaliziranja aktivnosti vođenih tokom sastanaka. U ovom radu detaljno je opisana struktura baze podataka te aplikacija za izradu izvješća sa sastanka povezana s bazom podataka. Nakon opisa aplikacije prikazan je proces izrade izvješća koji drastično smanjuje potrebno naknadno uređivanje izvješća

In itroductory part of this thesis detailed design reviews aspects and types, design process activities, and Petri nets, which are used for simulating real processes, are described. Based on case study held in company Daimler AG meeting activities hyerarchy is developed. In this thesis detailed descriptions of database and linked application for creating meeting report are given. Following the application descriptions, process of creating the meeting report is shown
Optimisation of Mould Design for Injection Moulding – Numerical Approach
Computer simulation of injection moulding process is a powerful tool for optimisation of moulded part geometry, mould design and processing parameters. One of the most frequent faults of the injection moulded parts is their warpage, which is a result of uneven cooling conditions in the mould cavity as well as after part ejection from the mould and cooling down to the environmental temperature. With computer simulation of the injection moulding process it is possible to predict potential areas of moulded part warpage and to apply the remedies to compensate/minimize the value of the moulded part warpage. The paper presents application of simulation software Moldex 3D in the process of optimising mould design for injection moulding of thermoplastic casing
Analiza naprezanja i deformacija u toplinski opterećenoj konstrukciji
Tema ovog završnog rada je analiza naprezanja i deformacija u toplinski opterećenoj konstrukciji. Prije same analize, koja se temelji na principima metode konačnih elemenata kratko je opisana zadana konstrukcija, te mehanička i toplinska svojstva materijala deformabilnih ploča korištenih u sklopu. Numerička analiza izvodi se u programskom paketu ABAQUS, te je stoga u ovome radu dan kratak osvrt na teorijsku podlogu navedenog programskog paketa. Također, opisani su korišteni trodimenzionalni elementi koji su korišteni u numeričkoj analizi. U analizi se koriste osnovni heksaedarski „brick“ elementi za toplinska i mehanička opterećenja, te superponirani elementi za termomehaničke primjene. Prije početka numeričke analize zadane konstrukcije, odabrani elementi su verificirani na poznatim problemima koje je uz određena pojednostavljenja moguće riješiti analitičkim putem. Numerička analiza rađena je za tri različita tipa toplinskog opterećenja, te su za svaki tip opterećenja opisani rubni uvjeti, stacionarnost ili tranzijentnost problema, te proces dobivanja konačne diskretizacije proračunskog modela analizom konvergencije. Nakon provođenja analize detaljnije su opisani dobiveni rezultati, te prikazane karakteristične raspodjele pomaka, naprezanja i temperatura
Additive Manufacturing of Polymer Moulds for Small-Batch Injection Moulding
In case of small-batch production, applications of classic technologies and tools, for e.g. injection moulding and classic moulds are not competitive. Application of additive technologies (AT) for direct production of finally parts can partially reduce deficiencies of classic approach, but there are for e.g. limited number of available materials. Potential solution is application of AT in production of so called bridge moulds for small-batch production from originally requested material for final part. This paper presents PolyJet process of AT and its possible application for production of bridge polymer moulds for injection moulding of small quantity of the moulded parts together with design rules for PolyJet bridge moulds
Topology Optimization of Electric Train Cable Carrier
In the area of mobility (transport), great efforts are being made to optimize means of transport. While reducing their mass the main goal is to maintain or even improve the performance of the means of transport. Additive manufacturing allows the production of very complex geometric shapes of products that cannot be made by traditional production processes; therefore it has become one of the significant tools in the design of modern vehicles or their parts. Additive manufacturing, combined with appropriate computer tools for numerical design analysis, also allows optimization of product design by topology optimization. In this paper, concept of topology optimization is applied to the roof carrier of a high voltage cable of electric train. Design optimization process was conducted based on two different optimization criteria: minimized part mass and maximized part stiffness
Suitability of Recycled PLA Filament Application in Fused Filament Fabrication Process
Fused filament fabrication (FFF) is currently one of the most popular additive manufacturing processes due to its simplicity and low running and material costs. Support structures, which are necessary for overhanging surfaces during production, in most cases need to be manually removed and as such, they become waste material. In this paper, experimental approach is utilised in order to assess suitability of recycling support structures into recycled filament for FFF process. Mechanical properties of standardized specimens made from recycled polylactic acid (PLA) filament as well as influence of layer height and infill density on those properties were investigated. Optimal printing parameters for recycled PLA filaments are determined with Design of Experiment methods (DOE)
